As a Charleston resident for 20 years, I have lived and worked in most areas of the city and Mt. Pleasant. I graduated from the University of South Carolina and received a Master’s Degree in Education from The Citadel Graduate College. After my children were born, a friend and I started Moms in the Know, a free publication in Charleston. As co-owner and publisher, I developed close working relationships with my advertisers, worked with small business owners and was very involved with family-friendly events in the community. I have diverse work experience as an international flight attendant, high school counselor, and small business owner. I enjoy running, traveling with my family, and occasionally being an extra on the Lifetime Drama, Army Wives.
Specialties: Helping clients find the right home for living, working, and raising children in the Charleston and Mt. Pleasant communities. Lee has worked closely with families as publisher of Moms in the Know. And, as a former employee of the Charleston County School District, she has a unique perspective on schools in the area.

Favorite places outside of region: New York City, Gunflint Lodge, MN, and Healdsburg in Sonoma County, CA
Community Involvement: School Improvement Council, past board member of PACT, member of Circular Congregational Church, former media sponsor of the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, the SC Aquarium, and the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry
Family: Lee and her husband, Jim, have two boys, Julian, and Simon.
