Professional Experience: Daniel is a former Senior Vice President at the College of Charleston where he directed all relations with the S.C. General Assembly, the Governor’s Office, and the U.S. Congress. In 2007, he received the Alumnus of the Year Award from the College of Charleston. Daniel owns Daniel Dukes Consulting, a lobbying and consulting group that represents clients on the state and federal levels. A personal real estate investor for 20 years, Daniel has a thorough understanding of the residential and investment markets in the Charleston area. Daniel enjoys the real estate business where he uses similar skills in marketing, sales, and negotiations that he uses in his consulting business.
Recent Transaction of note: Helping a couple find a home on the Isle of Palms to provide rental income and vacation usage for the present that will convert to their retirement home in the future.
