Champ Smith

Champ Smith Champ Smith was born and raised in Charleston, SC. He grew up downtown and spent his summers at Sullivans Island with his pet goat named Cidley. Champ's family moved to Sullivan Island full time when he was just eleven. Spending the summers fishing around Sullivans Island he soon developed a passion for fishing. Champ soon developed a great reputation for his dependability and skills and used them in pursuit of big game fish and world records for ten years all over the world.

Moving home in 1991 he started Nervous Water Guide service which was one of the first shallow water guide services in Charleston. In 2005 he had a skin cancer lesion about the size of a golf ball cut from his face. That was when he knew it was time to direct his passions and people skills toward a new career and that was real estate. He got his real estate license in 2005 and he has never looked back!
