As an investor on Folly Beach, James Island, and in West Ashley, Ashley has a thorough understanding of the residential and investment markets in the Charleston area.

Favorite places in the region: Kiawah beach at sunrise, Stono River by boat, crabbing the waters between Folly Beach and Kiawah, Peninsula Grill on special occasions.
Favorite places outside the region: Relaxing in St. Bart with good friends, snow skiing in Colorado with family, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers in Death Valley on any given home game in the Fall.

Family: Ashley and her husband Chuck have two children, Meg and Charles. They reside in The Crescent neighborhood in West Ashley.
