“Where Should I Retire?” As If You Have to Ask, Charleston of Course

Where-Should-I-Retire

If you are a resident of or a visitor to Charleston, it is not surprising that the Charleston area rates highly where quality of life is concerned.  Conde Nast readers have voted the city #1 in the US for four years running.

A recent Merrill Lynch Retirement Study rated the most attractive places to retire in the US and, not surprisingly, the South Atlantic rated as the most desirable place for Americans to land in their golden years.  A good cost of living and pleasant climate were some of the noted factors that lead to the South Atlantic leading the way.

“Among pre-retirees who want to move to a different region in retirement, the South Atlantic region is the clear winner – with four in  ten (39%) saying they would most want to move to that region.”
648 Pelzer in Mount Pleasant is the perfect size and location for retirement.  Click here to learn more and to schedule your private showing.
