Holy City Scorecard – May ’07 Luxury Property Sales in Charleston

While the national and local real estate market has slowed since the summer of ’05, our appetite for news about luxury property sales seems to have lost no appeal. So, SquareFeet has decided to post a monthly recap of the top 10 high-end properties that have sold in our fair city. Since the numbers are mustered from various sources, SquareFeet does not guarantee accuracy, only something worth your gander – over $2 million, that is.

  5. 502 Ocean Blvd. – 3,800 sf beachfront rental. Locale: Isle of Palms. The Toll: $3.5M.
  6. 300 Ocean Blvd. – 15-year old oceanfront beach house. Locale: Isle of Palms. The Toll: $3.3M.
  7. 203 Chinaberry Ct. – 4,800 sf marshfront new home. Locale: Kiawah Island. The Toll: $2.5M.
  8. 7 Avocet Ln. – 5,200 sf golfview home. Locale: Kiawah Island. The Toll: $2.475 M.
  9. 516 Carolina Blvd. – 6-year old 4,000 sf beach home. Locale: Isle of Palms. The Toll: $2.3M.
  10. 42 Meeting St. – Circa 1850 charmer with generous lot in the thick of things. Locale: Downtown Peninsula. The Toll: $2.225M.
